Antique French Gien Faience Tea Collection (5 Pieces)
A charming collection of antique Gien faience dating to the late 19th or early 20th century, decorated in an elegant cobalt blue floral motif on a warm ivory ground. This curated grouping includes two teacups, one matching full-size saucer, and a petite two-handled demitasse (or chocolate) cup with its original matching saucer.
Though no longer a complete tea service, these pieces display beautifully together and bring timeless French character to a shelf, hutch, or afternoon tea table. They also pair beautifully with other antique Gien pieces from the same collection for a layered French tablescape.
Approximate Measurements: 2 teacups 4.75" W × 2.75" H, 1 teacup saucer 6.75", 1 Petite two-handled cup with attached saucer: approximately 2" W × 2.25" H (attached saucer 4.75"), 1 additional petite saucer: 4.75".
Condition: Both standard teacups have stable hairline cracks that do not leak and remain suitable for gentle use or display. One original full-size saucer is included, while the second has been lost over time. The petite two-handled cup and matching saucer are in antique condition consistent with age. The collection has been priced to reflect the incomplete nature of the original service.
